2. Purpose

These TCS define the terms of sale between Oh My Kidoodle and the customer, from order placement to payment, delivery, and after‑sales service.

3. Products

The products offered are those displayed on the website.

Each product is described as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, features). ⚠️ Photos are non‑contractual.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Oh My Kidoodle reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Orders

Any order implies full acceptance of these TCS.

Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Oh My Kidoodle reserves the right to cancel any order in case of an issue (payment, suspected fraud, etc.).

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank card

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

• Other methods offered via Shopify Payments

Payments are secure.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (dropshipping). ⚠️ These timeframes are indicative and may vary.

Oh My Kidoodle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Carriers

• Customs

• Exceptional events

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

• Product in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns and Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned product, a refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the order.

10. Defective Products or Order Errors

In case of a defective product or order error:
