Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier.

Delays & Responsibilities

Oh My Kidoodle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers
Customs
Weather conditions
Exceptional events

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for any additional fees or delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us at ohmykidoodle@outlook.fr and we will assist you.
